An outline of test methods which support the effectiveness of the methods for knowledge management in higher education

Summary/Abstract: For a long time, universities have been challenged to adjust their activities to the needs of the knowledge society. Expectations are very high - the high quality of education, use of the latest achievements of technology, adaptation of programs, forms and methods of teaching to the needs of the market. To achieve this, universities must make a decisive attempt to effectively manage knowledge possessed by them. In this paper the author has focused on the efficacy of information methods used in knowledge management. The adopted research method is based on fuzzy logic. Description of the method was preceded by the introduction of the problems of knowledge management in higher education and the general characteristics of methods for knowledge management support.
