Summary/Abstract: Mystical connotations of Crainic’s poems represent an essential feature of his lyrical creations, centred around reference to the Creator, tradition, images in Biblical parables, fall, spiritual joy, prayer and doxology. In conclusion, the poetry of N. Crainic reveals itself as an act of faith by the artist which anticipates the liberating mystery and fecundity of the supreme Artist – a mediator between heavens and earth.
