Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of legislation in the field of the control over child homelessness in the RSFSR in the 1920s – 1930s. Most important legislative acts determining the state politics to get over child homelessness and juvenile delinquency are considered in the article. Institutionalizing and developing the Soviet legislative basis in question is traced for the two decades period studied.
