Summary/Abstract: This paper points out the need of the modern man to revive his spiritual dimension, presents the reasons for such orientation, gives a survey of the importance of spirituality and the practical sense and consequences regarding the possible recovery of society and individual. It also points out the disastrous consequences of the modern consumerist life dynamics, this modern disease that admittedly can be treated, but not medically cured.
