On the proposal to remove the right of perpetual usufruct from the property right system by virtue of law.

Summary/Abstract: The legal opinion concerns the Act to amend the Act of 29 July 2005 on converting the right of perpetual usufruct into ownership and to amend other acts. The purpose of the Act is to eliminate the right of perpetual usufruct by virtue of law. The author examines the conformity of the Act to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and the principles of good legislation.
