Summary/Abstract: International Research Network is an innovative approach to research for analyzing a wide and diverse European space. Consumer Behaviour Research Network project was a reaction to the lack of comparable data on European customers purchasing behaviour. The existence of the network constituted the foundation for creating a knowledge exchange platform on the relationship of consumer behaviour with culture using a consistent methodology, including different countries. Mutual goals were realized by multi-stage research collecting secondary data on the surveyed countries in terms of the adopted descriptors, appropriate primary research using developed surveys, using the results to the popularization of knowledge on consumer behaviour of Europeans in different environments.
