Summary/Abstract: The review the authors make in this article, having as subject matter posthumous works, is intended to answer the following questions: Is the disclosure of works by another person possible subsequent to the death of the author? Who can make this disclosure and what are the conditions under which a disclosure can be made? The answer to these questions, which we can find in the current legislation, constitutes the legal framework of posthumous works.
