Appeal methods in the New Civil Procedure Code. Novelty elements

Summary/Abstract: The system of appeal methods in the Romanian civil procedure has been the subject of major changes in the past 20 years, and the New Civil Procedure Code brings major changes to this system. We believe that, regardless of the doctrinary opinions, in the end only the practice will prove if the new system of appeal methods will be viable and for this it is necessary for the New Civil Procedure Code to enter into force. This is why in the present article we have as purpose to present only the most important news in the field of appeal methods, hoping that this form of the Code will be the one to enter into force.
