Certain theoretical and practical considerations on the observance of legal rules

Summary/Abstract: Observance of the law represents a duty for all the beneficiaries/consignees of the adopted hard laws which are modified or republished by the competent authorities. In the same degree – and maybe in a higher degree – this obligation belongs to the authority itself that basically adopted a judicial norm. Designing an unit that is integrated into the national legal system to European Union law requires an intense and continuous concern in order to adapt language, expressions and even the new system requirements, precepts and correlations imposed by the national legislature or the EU. We should not be tributary of ideas that are already obsolete, inefficient and even illegal.
