K JEDNOMU TYPU VYJADŘOVÁNÍ STUPNĚ V ČEŠTINĚ. HEBREJSKÝ SUPERLATIV V ČEŠTINĚ
ONE PERIPHERAL MODE OF EXPRESSING SUPERLATIVE IN CZECH (HEBRAIC SUPERLATIVE)

Summary/Abstract: One topic of the conference was "unoriginal" words and structures, and their integration. The aim of this paper is to present one peripheral mode of expressing superlative in Czech. We shall provide examples (based on data mined from the Czech National Corpus, internet and dictionaries) of the uppermost-grade-expressing reproducing the model of the Hebraic superlative e.g. tma tmoucí (pitch-darkness), leta letoucí (long years).
