Summary/Abstract: There are no simple solutions to improve the life of Arab revolted societies. Liberal democracy is also not one of them. Egyptian, Tunisian and Libyan cultural, historical and religious identities are incompatible with the values defining the canon of democracy. Democratic institutions, laws and constitution are very important but there is a need to identify with them. The new constitution of Iraq and Afghanistan have failed to make them democratic countries.
