Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyze the scope and objectives of the legal-political determinants of the economic cooperation between Poland and the South Caucasus countries. Recently, relations between Poland and Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia have intensified both in the bilateral aspects and multilateral track of the Eastern Partnership. However, the study emphasizes that a deepen and comprehensive evaluation of progress in the Eastern Partnership implementation will be possible in a few years. The author indicates that the South Caucasus countries declare a satisfaction from the Eastern Partnership program, although it arises from the different political and economic conditions. Azerbaijan is mainly focused on energetic cooperation. Armenia hopes to sign an association agreement. It seems that among the South Caucasus countries only Georgia is ready for a wide cooperation in frame of the partnership.
