Summary/Abstract: New Slovenian “spatial” laws – the planning law and the building law – bring several novelities. Both include many solutions from “german” codes. The author explains his critical viewpoints about new planning codes and proposes ways for better implementation. In the critical analysis some subordinated planning ordinances are included, although they are still in preparation.
