Summary/Abstract: Cristina Chevereşan reviews Marcel Corniş-Pope's latest book (in the original version) - "Narrative Innovation and Cultural Rewriting in the Cold War Era and After". She tries to outline the main ideas of this work, summarizing the most important chapters of an ambitious and extremely interesting approach to contemporary issues and their intertwining with literary spaces. The reader will become acquainted with names which represent milestones in American and colonial writing; at the same time, one can analyize their writing from a fully argumented social-cultural perspective.
