Summary/Abstract: Enowning, Satori and Performativity. Starting out from translatability problems of Heidegger’s work as well as of East Asian philosophies as addressed in analyses and discourses of philosophy and phenomenology of language, a transfer towards a phenomenology of temporality is proposed in order to unravel the knot. The concepts of performance studies, the concept of performativity in particular, understood as a inter-cultural singulare tantum, are thus shifted into the focus of reflection. It is, thereby, intended to escape from committing oneself to structuralism and linguistic relativism. Besides an inter-cultural dialogue, the proposed approach becomes a promising intra-cultural option, too.
