Summary/Abstract: The belief in God, together with morality, communication in and outside the cell, friendship, solidarity, hope, even fantasy, revolt or defiance represent solutions to fight against the communist system even situated inside of it. The act of praying has different forms of manifestations: individual or collective, usual services, rogation, oration, suffrage, Sunday praying, fast praying, inside your hard or told to the others etc. In any of these categories the act of praying meant liberation, a way to go closer to divinity; so, even the darkest cell became the brightest cathedral. In the same respect, the pray itself, remembered or learned, standard or not, act of revolting against of a Hidden and Cruel God, oscillation between belief and disbelief (for sure, disbelief does not mean annihilation of God), celebrations of great Christian or Judaic moments (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter Time) represent manifestations of spiritual energies in critical moments of existence, examples of grace and admiration.
