Utilization of integrated information system in teaching/learning processes

Summary/Abstract: Integrated information systems play a great role in accounting systems not only in large but also in medium-sized and small enterprises. Therefore, it is very important, that students specializing in accounting can learn the specific character of work and the potential of these systems. To get to know the integrated information systems in the teaching process is so important because becoming familiar with their capabilities and ways of gathering and accessing data by students on their own or atn the start of their professional life is very difficult or impossible. The introduction of such a subject to the educational offer is a very difficult and long lasting process. Preparation of the syllabus for that subject, configuration of the system and acglusing basic knowledge and skills require several months of preparation, but it gives students a unique chance to test the capabilities of these systems in practice.
