Problems of maintaining credibility of independent public health care centres’ financial reports in the light of law chosen issues

Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the article is presenting basic problems connected with the quality of financial reports of Polish self-government independent public health care centres. On two examples the author casts doubt on the legitimacy of law, which makes existing such entities on their reporting information conditional.
