Fiscal policy in Spain in the conditions of economic crisis 2008+

Summary/Abstract: The rise of the amount of economic crisis as well as changes in the nature of crisis occurrences happening in different areas of the global economy have been observed in the last two decades. The economic situation failure can significantly restrict the possibility of clearing a public finance sector. The excessive increase of budgetary deficit and public debt can be a considerable barrier in the process of economic growth. Fiscal policy is a very important instrument in the process of balancing budget revenue and expenditure, especially in the economic and monetary union. The article is an attempt of presentation of the fiscal policy as one of the instruments being used to balance the public finance sector in Spain in the conditions of economic crisis. The article also seeks the answer to the question about the effectiveness of the policy in a long term.
