Summary/Abstract: The time limit can be: conventional, legal or jurisdictional. The condition as a means of the juridical act is a future event that is uncertain to be achieved, on which depends the existence (the birth or the abolition) of the civil subjective right and of the civil correlative obligation. For each contract there must be made an correlation between time limit and condition.
