Summary/Abstract: The article presents details of the political conflict instigated by the debate on anticorruption legislation in the Parliament of Kingdom of Serb, Croat, and Slovenes between the ruling and opposition parties in 1926. It is an overview of activities of a special Parliamentary Committee formed that year to investigate cases of abuse of office by high ranking public officials.
