Critical remarks regarding the regulation of the wire transfer payment of the civil code

Summary/Abstract: This study incriminates Law no. 71/2011 on the enforcement of the Civil Code for the lack of rigor regarding the operation of amendments to Law no. 287/2009 regarding the Civil Code in order to align also the regulations of the code related to the wire transfer payment with the special laws, adopted in Romania during the period July 2009 – June 2011, for the transposition into the domestic law of certain European Union directives in the matter, emphasizing the need to amend art. 230 letter bb of the above-mentioned Law no. 71/2011.
