Summary/Abstract: The article describes the newest derivatives with suffixes -ni(a) or -eri(a) and relations between these formants. The author points out that nowadays -eri(a) often forms names of places such as bars or restaurants, and -ni(a) dominates in colloquial Polish but it is also found in standard language because it enables to create short and semantically distinctive name.
