Summary/Abstract: The general idea is to improve NSER database to have a strong unique informatic system where all the data should be collected from all universities. Employers and all academic institutions can check someone’s background easy through a national portal just by log in. As a result of the paper, the author found that this system has it’s flows but can be improved.
