Summary/Abstract: Because of historical and politic reasons, Dutch speaking countries had late a really language policy. The language regulator for this countries, the Nederlandse Taalunie, is something unique in the field of language policy. Yet over the time, we note that the action of the Nederlandse Taalunie, is more language planning.
