Combinations and divisions in public sector in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The definition of public sector in Poland covers all economic units which conduct their financial management according to the Budget Law principles and other economic units whose financial system was defined in other acts, but their main source of financing are grants. The system of public sector is still developing in Poland and keeps pace with the needs. We have to consider certain factors: the process of privatisation, the usage of new methods of management, optimization of the choise between tasks and resources, the measurement of expenses and social services benefits, changes in internal market.
