SITUATIONAL APPROACH TO THE REALIZATION OF HR FUNCTION

Summary/Abstract: In the present article the author tries to determine the situational approach to the realization of HR functions. The author recalls the newest trends as for human resources management and reviews the situational models of the personal function realization. The article closes up with the author’s own proposal of making the way of the personal function realization dependent on the phase of the organization’s growth.
