ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF INTERNAL MANAGEMENT TEAMS OF EUROPEAN PROJECTS – ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES IDENTIFICATION

Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt of analysis and verification of organizational solutions suggested by Project Management Institute (PMI) in the contest of project’s manager work in investigated companies and local government units. The PMI methodology specifies six solutions of location project’s and organization of project’s manager in respect of organization’s structure. Among them: functional structure, functional and coordination structure, weak matrices (matrix) structure, balanced matrix structure, strong matrix structure and clean project structure.
