STAFFING PRACTICES OF EXPATRIATES IN THE LIGHT OF INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to present the research findings worked out by international researchers and concerning staffing practices in relation to expatriates. The practice shows that the most popular source of recruitment is inner source and the most often used selection technique is interview. Very few corporations use in their staffing procedure psychological tests which have high score of prediction but are very time and cost consuming.
