Shifting the border of women’s retirement age by 7 years means the increase of labour market reserves and it shall force the increase of women’s vocational activity. The activities aimed at the increase of women’s retirement age have to be strictly correlated with deliberate and intentional employment policy, geared on the one hand towards maintaining jobs by women at around retirement age, even in limited working hours or in flexible forms, and on the other towards the use of instruments of the labour market within vocational activation of the whole generation 50+.
