Global Dimensions of Social Processes as a Challenge for International Law Science

Summary/Abstract: Paper describes the chosen aspects of changes in international law, namely (a) chosen positive tendencies in international law (international constitutionalism; increasing judicialization; increasing role of non-state player) (b) chosen problems of international law (fragmentation of material and procedural rules) (c) reflection of mentioned phenomenon in international jurisprudence. As a conclusion the paper address future challenges for Czech jurisprudence.
