Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the problems of competitive strategic decisions formation and evaluation. The competitive strategic decisions formation and evaluation models based on combination of strategic decisions multiple criteria assessment are suggested to be applied. The core of multiple criteria assessment is composed of the system of three level criteria (primary, partly integrated and complex integrated). The proposed model is based on complex assessment, which facilitates the process of forming the competitive strategic decisions, allows to identify weaknesses and strengths of an enterprise and to form a smaller subset of competitive strategic decisions for further evaluation.
