Summary/Abstract: Mental privatization conception is analyzed, mental privatization level factors and indicators are defined in the article. Empirical research in mental privatization level in Lithuania is given. It is defined that mental privatization level in Lithuania when assessing it according to the author formed indicators system is low. The most impact on this have transformation outcome, which was determined by especially fast rate and large scale of reforms, institutional changes concept limitation and ignorance of necessity of reforms at mental level. Majority of society is still depending on state support and distribution policy and there are no business establishment traditions.
