Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on genre characteristics of the Old Church Slavonic translation of the book of Acts through representation of the word-building units. The genre difference of the book of Acts and Epistles based on noun derivates’ distribution and similarities of the book of Acts and the Gospel are discussed.
