Summary/Abstract: The article presents the original model of enterprise’s integrated competitive strategy under the conditions of oligopolic market. The integrated strategy is considered to be the concerted set of partial (detailed) competitive strategies targeting on certain elements of internal and external environment of an enterprise and influencing its performance. The partial competitive strategies are derived and the model of the integrated strategy is based on generic business strategies, developed in theoretical sources of strategic management and adapted for oligopolic market, having regard to the models of analysing enterprise competitive potential and forming business strategy, proposed by other authors. The model is designed as a scientifically grounded framework for forming and improving competitive strategy of an oligopolic enterprise, with the further research being aimed at preparing the tools for quantitative evaluation (assessing expected contribution of the partial strategies to enterprise performance and estimating their scale in the integrated strategy), and empirical application to real-world enterprises.
