National minorities' status according to the actual constitutions of some countries on Balkan

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this work has nothing to do with the minorities rights from the lingual or religious aspect of the constitutions of the Balkan countries such are Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo/a, Macedonia, the Union of Serbia and Montenegro, but , with the national and ethnical minorities rights in the constitutions of the countries in transition of the parliamentary democracy, as well as the comparison of those minorities rights based on the constitutions of the above mentioned countries. Above all, it will be highlighted the existence of fictitious democracies in those places, the disharmony of the Constitutional articles and the implementation of the ones which concern the rights of the national minorities and the fulfillment of the international criteria's and standards foreseen in the international documents for national minorities as a prerequisite for those countries integration within the contemporary European and world trends.
