Summary/Abstract: The role of the investment potential of the regions in the structuring of their economies is considered in this article. The necessity of the management of the investment potential of Ukraine’s regions in the process of the realization of regional structural policy is proved. The use of the instruments of management concerning the regions’ investment potential towards improving the structure of their economies is considered.
