Summary/Abstract: Several kinds of flour are used for preparing food of соrn in the village of Djavato near Bitola, including grain, maize, rye and barley. The article deals with all kinds of dougs and pastas, the way of their preparing and baking, vessels in which it is served, including the cooked dishes of соrn.
