Summary/Abstract: Distinctiveness of а nation is manifested, among else, in the nourishment, which is associated not only with the geographic area of habitation, but also with the social and economic circumstances. Albanian people live in good climate conditions and favourable area on one hand, whereas on the other, thе position of Albania has made it а place where the Eastem culture meets the West. It has all left benefical traits in nutrition, which iѕ apparent in the diversity of food and nutrition distincive for particular regions of this country.
