Summary/Abstract: Krumka Sharova focuses on the historiographic problems and the prehistory of the Bulgarian Revolutionary Central Committee (BRCC), established in 1869. She observes the foundation, the nature and its role in the liberation movements on the Balkans and in Europe in the XIX cent. She looks for continuity between it and other Bulgarian political movements up to that point - the ideas and activity of G. S. Rakovski, of the Secret Central Bulgarian Committee (SCBC), of the Bulgarian Society and "Young Bulgaria" and she puts stress on the new stage of development of the ideas concerning struggle for national liberation during the Revival. Kr. Sharova makes a review of all this and the historiography of the history of BRCC, she points out the contributions and the achievements, as well as the uprising research tasks in this field.
