For Decentralization, until they Come into Power

Summary/Abstract: The main constituents of the Serbian political scene, the political parties are dedicated to decentralization of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina during the elections, but when they come into power they are more interested in the distribution of political functions and they forget all about the decentralization. However, they dedicate themselves and their programmes to a completely different cause, i.e. to centralization. Previous Statues of Vojvodina prove this fact.
