Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this communication, based on a theory that determines the actions of literary senses, is the study of the way in which the senses interact with the intimacy of the text. In literature there were a few theories about the aesthetic senses. Although the author has developed supersensitive antennas, he puts emphasis on aesthetics, touch, neglecting the taste and the olfactory senses (Hegel dismisses them, considering them inferior, lacking senses of aesthetics). In this sense, in the present study, we consider two basic directions: the transition in the way it articulates epic speech according to the senses, and the second related to the vehicle that transmits sensations, the category which includes various foods and drinks. In one of the novels that will serve as the standard texts (Constantin Ţoiu, Wild Wine Gallery) the character Georgeoiu presents his wine collection. The introduction in the text of the neophyte is the way to divagate the explanation of the art of wine tasting. The character is under the Empire of senses that becomes the way to react to certain actions. Creating analogies become source of discussion and the supreme goal is to obtain the pleasure. The elastic limits of experimentation leads the main character to question the reality, giving him the opportunity to manipulate the narrative universe. The phenomenology of the body contains a way to investigate the senses and the required mode of operation of narrative discourse.
