Summary/Abstract: In his speech Mikulá. Dzurinda, Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, addresses the discussion on the future of the European Union. He considers the drafting of an European Constitution, the key issues of the further integration as well as the main tasks of the institutional reform. All proposed internal reforms of the Union head to the achievement of the objective of European integration - the creation of a common democratic space of freedom, security and prosperity.
