Summary/Abstract: The innovative potential of development of modern society is one of determinatives during social and economic transformations. The innovative economy develops on the basis of a priority of innovations in a science and in development of education. Education in modern economic development should define a level and growth of creative potential of development of a society. Education should be perspective, constructed understanding of the future l development of economy and a society. Innovative education is possible only as a result of the whole complex of transformations. First of all, it is necessary to generate the expert prepared for intellectual creativity, capable to a combination of research, design and enterprise activity.
