Summary/Abstract: This article deals with issue of e-commerce and applicable law of the Slovak Republic. It highlights on specificities of e-commerce. The article also comes up to questions rendition of cross-border services on internal EU market. Following parts analyses Slovak Act on Electronic Commerce including issues of direct and indirect electronic commerce.
