Summary/Abstract: This essay introduces one of the leading personalities of dialogic personalism. First there are some crucial events in Rozenzweig’s life, which influenced his thought. The aim of this essay is to describe Rozenzweig’s concept of God through his distinction in terms of God–human–world, his concept of revelation, the concept of relationship in general, but also through Jewish tradition, which was the most important influence on his thought.
