Summary/Abstract: The author of the article „Psychology, Expression and Stage Creation” considers imperative to the theatrical educational process the team work between acting professors and the psychologists interested in this phenomenon, in order to improve the access paths towards the artistic act. Psychological research on stage abilities has narrowed down the main parameters of the stage talent and has delimited itself as content obtaining useful results regarding in-depth study, mainly, of the aspects concerning the psychological mechanism of creativity and the structure of stage transcription capacity. Creativity is considered to be a personality structure and the presence of energetic states (motivations, purposes, aspirations, beliefs) is likely to have remarkable creative effects on individuals that do not dispose of extraordinary abilities. Talent is a qualitative superior shape of manifesting complex and happily bound abilities, and renders the creation of new and original values possible.
