Summary/Abstract: The acceptance of the contract (aestimatum), also called modern consignment contract is a legal concept whose origin is lost in the mists of time long and whose importance remains in contemporary rights. Sufficient to state that allows one party to sell things that are not purchased, pay to sell, sell and if they do not return, selling, purchasing a gain which is reflected in the difference between what you pay and what the supplier receives from the buyer.
