It discusses such topics as the selected issues of child psychology, the role of the child in court proceedings, child as a witness in criminal proceedings, child as a harmed person, the hearing of a child, persons taking part in such hearing, specific forms of hearing of minors (hearing of a mentally disturbed child, hearing of a child in a serious health condition, confrontational hearing, hearing conducted in order to reconstruct the appearance of a person or an object, identification parade and other specific forms of examination).
