Summary/Abstract: The first part of the article focuses on some essential aspects regarding the evolution of actual and envisaged expenditures within the Ministry of National Defence between 2009-2016. An important part of the paper is meant to stress important elements of the general framework and the amount of budgetary allocation for the Navy General Staff between 2005-2013, while its final pages are dedicated to the analysis of the budgetary indicators for the Navy General Staff between 2005-2013.
